Shipping
Vista Flags will ship all orders for $5.50 within the continental U.S. only. Additional charges for shipping apply for Hawaii and Alaska, but will be discounted by the amount to ship the same weight package from California to Maine. Our goal is to process and ship every order within 24 hours of receiving the order (weekends excepted) for products in stock and in most cases within 3 business days for products not in stock, but available. We will ship via FedEx ground or USPS First Class or USPS Priority at our discretion. We don't use UPS unless you want to ship with your own shipping account (we have nothing against UPS, but our systems are tied in with FedEx). FedEx Ground (and Home) (1 - 7 business days) Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you should receive your order within 3 to 10 days. USPS First Class or Priority Mail (2 -3 days) Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you should receive your order within 3 to 4 days. Express Shipping (1-3 days) If you need something right away, we can expedite the shipping, for an additional charge. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from Vista Flags are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns Our products are manufactured with the highest attention to detail, but occasionally something will go wrong that is beyond our control. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for one year from date of purchase. If you believe that the merchandise is defective, please contact us and request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We do not warrantee products that have been abused by the customer.* To determine whether the product is defective we may request a digital photograph in lieu of returning the merchandise, and if it is clearly a manufacturing defect we will replace your unit at no cost. If you have purchased this product through a store and not from this website you should return the product to the store. If they determine that the damage is a manufacturing defect they will replace your unit at no cost to you. If you cannot return it to the vendor, please contact us. If you are unhappy with your product after it arrives we will refund your money on receipt of the product in resaleable condition. You will have to pay the freight to return it to us. Products not in resaleable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. *Abuse includes, but is not limited to, flying more than two flags on a pole in wind conditions exceeding 30 mph. Flying flags in winds exceeding 40 mph (including wind gusts). Flying flags larger than 3 feet by 5 feet and incurring wind damage. Damaging the pole by drilling holes in it. Damage due to improper mounting.
