This A-Frame style sign is suitable for any type of surface. It is extremely visable yet unobtrusive. Very well suited for announcing real estate open houses, specials and menu options, directional signage, now hiring signage, and much more.
This is the most common size for Real Estate signage (esp. Open House directional signs).
These signs come printed double-sided with the back a separate image from the front if it contains an arrow.
A-Frame signs are most commonly used on sidewalks, lawns and alongside roads as real estate directional signs, but also work well for announcing business services promotions, church parking signs, and work equally well indoors and out. They also work great as informational signs, yard sale signs, announcements, and for directing attendees to weddings and other events.
This Custom Sign has an average turnaround production time of 2 days AFTER the approved design is submitted to the printer, plus transit shipping time.
Screen Proofs depict Design Layout, Text Accuracy & Image Placement, but will only ESTIMATE Color Matching or Color Density. We DO NOT guarantee that the Custom Printed Sign will match the color displayed on your Computer Monitor or Printer exactly. Every substrate (print media) has a different density than paper so printed materail will look differently. We can match colors fairly well, however.
We communicate via email. Since we need everything in writing, all correspondence concerning custom products is done via email. Once we receive your email indicating a design as APPROVED, Vista Flags is released from ALL liabilities for any errors including, but not limited to: Grammar, Spelling, Color Matching, Size, Image Placement, Resolution, and Color Density. Custom products are NOT returnable. However, we will make every attempt to satisfy our customers.
While we try to match the colors as accurately as possible, a variety of things will alter the colors, some of which are beyond our control (currently) including humidity. Inks respond differently to temperature and can change from batch to batch. If you are designing your own sign and it contains yellow, make it at pure as possible (100% Yellow - 0% everything else), slight percentages of other colors may turn the yellow green.
Custom Sign are not returnable.

In the Product Customization you can upload any images you have and enter your design instructions into the COMMENTS. This will include your color choices, your text message, any themes, etc. After checkout, any logos or graphics, as well as ALL custom sign related correspondence should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org. To preserve a "virtual paper trail", we communicate via email, ONLY.

We provide FREE design services for simple designs.
In the Product Customization box near the top of this page, you can upload any images you have and enter your design instructions into the COMMENTS. This will include your color choices, your text message, any themes, etc. After checkout, any logos or graphics, as well as ALL custom sign related correspondence should be sent to: email@example.com. To preserve a "virtual paper trail", we communicate via email, ONLY. If you upload an image on the product page be sure to make it part of the cart during checkout. The instructions say it must be GIF, JPG or TIFF, but any format will load and PDF is best. If you design your own sign, please make it the full size of 24 inches wide and 18 inches tall. You don't need a template. Save it as a PDF file. If you have already checked out then please send the document to firstname.lastname@example.org. Images and logos should be as high quality as possible. There is no set-up fee and no color fee (these are digitally printed). The first draft and first revision of the design will be free. There will be a $15 charge for revisions after the initial one. Please be as specific as possible when requesting your sign design. Turn-around time on custom designs is one to two days. When we design a sign for you we will send you images for your final approval. We will not print a sign without your written approval of the design.
If you have the Adobe Photoshop™ or Illustrator™ application or any other design program you can set your page size to 24 by 18 inches. Before sending the file to email@example.com save it without layers in TIFF format. Since we use a color matching printer, you can design in RGB rather than CMYK, for optimal color choices. We will be putting grommets in the top of the sign. You can mark where you want the grommets to go (should be 3/4 in from the top to the center of the grommet and about one inch in from each side).
You also have three choices for the print medium (substrate). Regular corrugated plastic where the lines show, our special matte finished smooth product, and aluminum (dibond). Select the matte finish or bonded aluminum if you are printing photos on the sign for the most professional looking signs. Select bonded aluminum if you want the most durable product with the highest quality print.
