Our Custom two-sided 24" x 36" Hanging Real Estate Signs are beautifully printed on either 1/2" Inch PVC sheets (Smooth Plastic option) or bonded Aluminum. We also offer a corrugated plastic option if the wind is light in your area. The heavier PVC signs and the bonded Aluminum signs are excellent for handling moderate winds. All three options are very strong and durable and designed for outdoor use in all sorts of conditions.
We offer this sign on a variety of materials: Coroplast (Corrugated Plastic), Smooth PVC plastic (Sintra/Palight), and Bonded Aluminum options.
These signs are beautifully printed using our Canon Arizona flatbed printers for the highest quality UV print available.
These signs can be printed on a variety of materials. We offer Corrugated Plastic, Smooth Plastic (Sintra/Palight), and Aluminum. The plastic options as well as the Aluminum are suitable for use indoors and out.
Smooth Plastic: Our smooth plastic is made of a type of PVC and is perfect for printing images that need to be of higher quality and you need it to be available for indoors or out. Here is a close up of something printed on that material. We print your sign on 1/2 PVC (Sintra/Palight) for a nicely weighted product that looks very professional.
Aluminum: We print on bonded aluminum which is specially coated to make our UV ink look its very best. Our bonded aluminum print is both light-weight and sturdy. Corrugated Plastic: This is the material that the typical yard signs are printed on. Made of 4mm plastic, it is excellent when you need an inexpensive option for outdoor signage. One down side to this material is that your print will have some perceivable lines in it. These lines are the ribs in the corrugation. They are unnoticeable from a regular viewing distance. The other disadvantage is that they are very light weight, so tend to blow in the wind.
Holes: We offer free hole cutting if you need it. The options are No Holes, Two Holes at the top, and Two Holes Top and Bottom. The holes will be approximately 1 inch in and 1 inch down, unless you specify in the Comments section that you need a different placement.
Landscape versus Portrait Orientation: We offer this sign as a Portrait format (taller than it is wide) but we can make it landscape oriented if you want. Just select that option from the Orientation dropdown.
Square or Rounded Corners: You can get your sign with rounded corners for a more professional looking sign, or standard square corners.
The first step in ordering a custom sign is to actually place the order. We can't start the production process without a paid order.
Step 1: Select your options. If we are going to help you design your sign, put in as much information in the comments section as you can. If you have a logo or picture you want us to use, upload it using the file upload option on the product page. We need high resolution images, so send the best image you have. If you have a choice send a vector file (the file will generally end in pdf, ai, or psd).
Step 2: Select the number of signs you want. NOTE: if you want multiple custom signs of the same size but with different images, you can select the total number of signs you want, you don't have to have a separate product for each sign of the same size. So if you want 10 different 24" x 36" signs, you would enter 10 as the quantity.
Step 3: Click on the ADD TO CART button.
If you don't have the images or instructions at this time, you can go through checkout and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also send questions, comments, images, and design instruction to our designers at email@example.com.
Designing it yourself: If you are designing the sign yourself you can upload it here or send it to us via email. Design in RGB mode for the best colors and make the design the full width and height. Save it without layers and send it as a PDF, TIFF, JPG, or AI file.
If you are going to hang this sign and want us to put the holes in, be sure to accommodate that in the design. Unless you tell us differently we will put the holes about 1" down from the top and 1" in from the side. Nothing important should be in those locations.
This Custom Sign has an average turnaround production time of 2 days AFTER the approved design is submitted to the printer, plus transit shipping time.
Screen Proofs depict Design Layout, Text Accuracy & Image Placement, but will only ESTIMATE Color Matching or Color Density. We DO NOT guarantee that the Custom Printed Sign will match the color displayed on your Computer Monitor or Printer exactly. Every substrate (print media) has a different density than paper so printed material will look differently. We can match colors fairly well, however.
Vista Flags has no upload capability on our web site (after checkout), so we communicate via email. Since we need everything in writing, all correspondence concerning custom products is done via email. Once we receive your email indicating a design as APPROVED, Vista Flags is released from ALL liabilities for any errors including, but not limited to: Grammar, Spelling, Color Matching, Size, Image Placement, Resolution, and Color Density. Custom products are NOT returnable. However, we will make every attempt to satisfy our customers.
While we try to match the colors as accurately as possible, a variety of things will alter the colors, some of which are beyond our control (currently) including humidity. Inks respond differently to temperature and can change from batch to batch. If you are designing your own sign and it contains yellow, make it at pure as possible (100% Yellow - 0% everything else), slight percentages of other colors may turn the yellow green. Custom Sign are not returnable.
Shipping rates for light products like these are based on Dimensional Weight (DIM) and not actual weight. Dimensional Weight is what the shipping company (FedEx in this case) determines a package of any given size should weigh. Since they charge by the weight and not the volume of the package, they set a minimum rate for the space the item takes up in their trucks, planes, and cargo haulers. Previous to the implementation of DIM weight companies were shipping small items in large boxes (one size fits all) and taking up enormous amount of space and paying only for the weight. This is the way the shipping company gets us to keep the volume to a minimum so they can maximize their limited cargo space.
So if the weight seems a bit unreasonable, that is because it is. But it is out of our hands.
