Our goal is to process and ship every order within 24 - 48 hours (weekends excluded) for products that are in stock and ready to ship. Most of our Premium Flags, Yard Signs and Vinyl Banners and Economy A-Frames are made to order in house and may take a day or two longer to produce. This may cause your order to be shipped a couple days later than expected. Because of our pick up and delivery schedule, standard, non-expedited orders submitted after 2:00 PM Central Time are considered to be the next business day and probably won't be shipped the same day you placed the order. Expedited (Overnight, 2-day, etc) orders submitted after 11:00 AM Central Time are also considered to be the next business day and won't be shipped until the following day. This means if you need your items in a hurry you should place your order as early as possible. 

If it seems the shipping cost for your order is unfair or too high that's because it really is. Fedex charges by the dimensional weight of the package not the actual weight (in lbs.) of the package. This means they calculate the size and shape of the packages into the shipping cost because of the amount of space it will occupy on their trucks or planes. This is something we have no control over. Fedex and All other logistics companies operate this way. Rest assured we are passing on our discounted Fedex shipping rates to you.

When Vista Flags offers Free or reduced shipping specials, this means that Vista Flags is subsidizing part or all of the actual shipping cost. When the buyer selects the reduced or free shipping option, Vista Flags will choose the most cost effective carrier and shipment type for your specific order. We will ship via FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority at our discretion. 

All FREE SHIPPING OVER $150 orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground or USPS. These orders will not be expedited. If you need your items quicker you must select an expedited shipping option. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for our free shipping option. Larger orders that require a truck freight option or multiple large boxes do not qualify for free shipping. The cost of truck freight shipping will be negotiated with the customer before the order is prepared or printed. Our custom printed trash/recycle bins ship in large boxes that may not qualify for free shipping.

For orders under $150 or expedited orders, we will honor the shipping preference of the customer, however, we reserve the right to use our judgment to get the product to you via the quickest, most cost-effective carrier method (for example if one carrier has picked up and the other hasn't).

Resellers are NOT eligible to receive our free ground shipping on orders over $150 option.

Unfortunately due to increased shipping costs, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.

FedEx Ground (and Home) (1 - 9 business days)
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you should receive your order within 1 to 9 Business days (Monday - Friday) after ordering. Residential addresses will not receive deliveries on Mondays, but may receive deliveries on Saturdays.


If you need your order by a certain date you can contact us or select an expedited shipping option.

We do not Ship to PO Box Address.

FedEx Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
If you need something right away, you may opt to pay the full cost of shipping and select your shipping carrier and shipping type. When you pay the full cost of shipping, your order is moved up in the queue and given priority handling and shipping. We do request that Expedited orders be placed by 11:00 AM Central Time in order to allow us time to verify stock availability and to prepare your products for shipping. Saturday is not considered a business day, so if you require a Saturday delivery with your expedited order, please call us at 325-725-2576 to find out if Saturday delivery is available in your area and to obtain a quote for additional shipping costs.

Overnight delivery is due to you the next day (for orders placed early enough to ship that day). Second-day does not include the current business day.  So Second-day shipping would arrive the second weekday after the order is shipped (for example: shipped on Monday delivers on Wednesday, or shipped on Friday arrives on Tuesday) 


Political signage is not returnable.

Custom & Design It Yourself signage is not returnable.

This includes yard signs, flags, vinyl banners & a-frames. 

Standard Returns

If you have purchased your product through a brick and mortar retail store, not from this website, you must return the product to that store. For website/phone orders, if there is no manufacturing defect and the product is simply no longer needed/wanted, Vista Flags will accept returns on unused Retail products within 30 days of the purchase date (All Sales are Final for Resale purchases; returns are not accepted).

Please contact Vista Flags within 30 days of the purchase date to request a Return Authorization. Products must be in new, resellable condition, preferably unopened. Please package all items securely, preferably in the original packaging, include a copy of the packing slip, or if unavailable, include your Invoice/Receipt/Order # on a piece of paper inside the box, and return to: Vista Flags, 4834 Derrick Drive, Abilene, Texas, 79601. The buyer must pay to return the product back to us at what ever shipping method they choose. A refund, less a 15% restocking fee, will be processed upon receipt of the returned product(s) that are evaluated to be in new, resalable condition. Refunds will be denied if the products are received in used, non-resalable condition. In addition to the 15% restocking fee, if you selected a reduced or free shipping promotion with your purchase, we will deduct our actual original shipping costs from your refund. Other possible deductions: If you purchased a discounted Kit product (Flag, Pole and Mount) but return only a portion of the Kit product (i.e. just the flag), the combined Kit discount will be subtracted from the item(s) being returned first, then restocking fees, then any subsidized shipping costs.

Warranty Exchanges

Our products are manufactured with the highest attention to detail, but occasionally something will go wrong that is beyond our control. There is no expressed warranty for flags with the exception of manufacturer defects. Most polyester flags will last from 3 to 5 months when flown 24x7 depending on weather conditions. A flags life span may be extended by bringing them in at night and/or during high winds or stormy conditions. Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our Pole and Mount products are warrantied against manufacturer's defects, which will be evident immediately, even before installation. Once a product has been successfully installed at your location, we cannot provide a warranty for manufacturing defects. We do not warranty products that have been abused by the customer.* If you receive merchandise that is believed to be defective, please contact us immediately before installing your product(s). We must be able to evaluate all warranty claims. To simplify this process, and in lieu of making the customer return the merchandise to us, we will request one or more digital photographs to be emailed to [email protected] for evaluation. If we can determine from the photos that it is clearly a manufacturing defect we will replace your unit at no cost. If the photos are too unclear, or if we can not determine the type of defect/issue based on the photos, we may request the product be returned to us, at the cost of the buyer, then we will evaluate and refund/replace as appropriate; no return shipping costs will be refunded.

Missing Items Claims

For claims on missing parts we will also request photos of the original package to see if the package was damaged in shipping. WE HAVE TAKEN THE WEIGHTS OF EACH ITEM TO HELP DETERMINE IF THE PACKAGE IS MISSING PARTS OR IF THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING AND PARTS MAY HAVE BEEN LOST IN SHIPPING. 

*Abuse includes, but is not limited to, flying more than two flags on a pole in wind conditions exceeding 30 mph. Flying flags in winds exceeding 40 mph (including wind gusts). Flying flags larger than 3 feet by 5 feet and incurring wind damage. Damaging the pole by drilling holes in it. Damage due to improper mounting.
