This product listing is for our Open During Construction Economy A-Frame Sign. This double-sided sign is made of corrugated plastic so it is water-proof and is excellent for display either outdoors or in. Our Economy A-Frame Sign family of products all fold flat for easy storage, so they are very portable, set up quickly, are brightly printed to attract attention, and can be used for short-term or long term signage. This A-Frame sign is 24" wide, and 36" tall. This size is an industry standard and is roughly the same size as the heavy, cumbersome, plastic a-frame signs that are everywhere.
The same image is printed on the front and back unless the design has an arrow. Designs with arrows are printed so that both sides point the same direction.
All of our Custom Economy A-Frame signs are printed on light-weight corrugated plastic (coroplast) making them a perfect choice for affordable indoor or outdoor signage. These signs are easy to set up, to take down and to store. They fold flat for easy transportation and storage. Once set up their bright colors and professional graphics really gets your message noticed.
Because of the sign's light weight, you will need to weigh it down with something, like a rock, a brick, or our sandbag, when using it outdoors.
The SANDBAG option lets you select a sandbag to weigh down your sign for use outdoors in windy conditions. Of course, if you have heavy items easily available (like a rock, brick, or heavy tool) they work just as well. It is just that these are very light weight so they are easily blown away if not weighed down enough. Note: our sandbags ship without sand. If you don't have a ready source of sand you can generally pick some up at a hardware store or plant nursery.
If you need to CUSTOMIZE a sign like these with your own message, text, product information, photos, drawings, artwork. You can have a Custom Economy A-Frame made just for you. Click Here to see our offerings.
We can custom print just about anything on these signs including photos, logos, text, and graphics, so you can have your sign anyway to choose. Because we offer free simple design services you don't have to create the sign yourself if you don't want to.
A-Frame signs are most commonly used on sidewalks, lawns and alongside roads as real estate directional signs, but also work well for announcing business services promotions, church parking signs, and work equally well indoors and out. They also work great as informational signs, yard sale signs, announcements, and for directing attendees to weddings and other events.
Our Corrugated Plastic (Coroplast) Economy A-frame style sandwich signs are an excellent investment. We have priced these to be affordable for every budget.
This beautiful signage is used in a variety of situations where having a beautiful sign adds a touch of class to your event. Our bright and attractive economy a-frame sandwich signs are designed to make your business or event look their best. Use them to mark entrances, exits, advertise that you are open and what you sell, attract people to your exhibit, table or booth, announce you are hiring, show off your speciality, announce hiring opportunities, give directions to your venue, announce up-coming events, mark off areas, show off your menu or announce happy hour. The number of ways this economy a-frame sign can be used is as abundant as your imagination.
They are great for any event where photos of people (especially) add to the celebration. Our custom a-frame sandwich-style signs are great for Weddings and Wedding Receptions, Commencements and Graduations, Quinceañeras, Bar Mitzvahs, Confirmations, Family Reunions, Retirement parties, Wedding Anniversaries, Engagement parties, Bridal showers, Funerals and Memorial services, Awards Ceremonies, Births and Birthdays, Banquets and Roasts, Sporting Events, Political events and rallies, School functions, Church events, Welcome Home parties, and many other events where people are being honored, attendees need to be directed to specific locations, or people need information.
Because these signs are made of Corrugated Plastic they have the following great features:
Excellent Visual Effect: These signs are beautifully printed, full-color, double-sided signs printed on our Canon Arizona flatbed printer with specialty UV inks designed for stunning impact, long life, and fade resistance.
Light Weight & Ships Flat: Weighing in at under 2 pounds our Economy mini A-frame style signs are easy to transport. They fold up to be only 24" tall and are less than 1" thick, so they can be easily stored when not in use and easily transported when needed. Because of their weight, when used outdoors in the wind, you definitely need to put something heavy inside to weigh them down. For a professional looking weight consider purchasing our sandbag with the sign (the sandbag comes without sand, but you can purchase sand at your local hardware store). Otherwise a large rock or brick will do the trick.
Easy Setup: To set up our Coroplast Economy A-frame style signs you simply attach the metal stand to the bottom of the sign by sliding the ends into the plastic in the holes. To take the Coroplast Economy A-frame style signs down, simply pull the metal stand out of the plastic and fold the sign flat. So easy, right?
Versatile: Our Coroplast Economy A-frame style signs are entirely made of plastic (recyclable too) so they are excellent for use outdoors, even in inclement weather. They are equally at home indoors, where their bright colors and large surface area get your message noticed without needing a lot of space. They can even be used on a counter or table, since they are light and small. Our Portable Corrugated A-frame Signs are an affordable, lightweight and a durable alternative for temporary and permanent signage needs.
We LOVE our Econo series of signs and we know you will too. For cost effectiveness, ease of use, versatility, and beautiful colors, there is nothing else like it on the market.
Shipping rates for light products like these are based on Dimensional Weight (DIM) and not actual weight. Dimensional Weight is what the shipping company (FedEx in this case) determines a package of any given size should weigh. Since they charge by the weight and not the volume of the package, they set a minimum rate for the space the item takes up in their trucks, planes, and cargo haulers. Previous to the implementation of DIM weight companies were shipping small items in large boxes (one size fits all) and taking up enormous amount of space and paying only for the weight. This is the way the shipping company gets us to keep the volume to a minimum so they can maximize their limited cargo space.
So if the weight seems a bit unreasonable, that is because it is. But it is out of our hands.
